Pool/Hot Tub Rules

  1. Food and/or drink are not permitted within 4 feet of the pool.
  2. Glass bottles or containers are never permitted on the pool deck.
  3. Cooking and/or grilling are not permitted anywhere on the pool deck.
  4. Each owner may bring no more than 6 guests at any one time.
  5. No lifeguard is on duty. All persons using the pool and/or hot tub does so at their own risk.
  6. Children, 10 years of age or younger, must be accompanied in the pool or hot tub by a person who is a responsible, competent swimmer.
  7. Anyone using the hot tub should consult a medical professional before use. The hot tub is heated to a maximum temperature of 104 degrees.  No one is allowed in the hot tub for more than 15 minutes during any one-hour period.
  8. Persons who are not toilet trained or who are incontinent must wear swim diapers when using the pool.  Regular diapers are never permitted in the swimming pool or spa.
  9. Headphones must be used when playing music from personal devices.
  10. Please be courteous of others when using the clubhouse music system. No inappropriate, obscene or offensive music should be played. Volume should be at a comfortable level for all. 
  11. Diving, jumping, pushing, running, wrestling, ball-playing or throwing of any items are not allowed in the pool.
  12. It is expected that those using the pool/spa be courteous and conduct themselves in a manner that does not unreasonable disturb or annoy others enjoying the facilities.
  13. The pool hours are dawn to dusk.
  14. Pets may not be brought into the pool area. Pets are never allowed in the pool.
  15. All pool furniture, including lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas are provided on first-come, first-serve basis. Please lower umbrellas before leaving.
  16. All pool furniture must remain on the pool deck and may not be taken to other areas of the property at any time. If it is moved within the pool deck it must be returned to its original location at the end of use.
  17. Please remove all personal items when vacating the pool.
  18. To aid with proper sanitation practices, it is important to shower prior to entering the pool and/or hot tub. Additionally, no soaps or shampoos are permitted at the poolside showers. Please do not enter the pool or hot tub if you have open wounds, contagious conditions or infections. Management has the right to make a judgement regarding any person's fitness to enter the pool or hot tub.
  19. Toys, floats, rafts, surfboards and air-filled tubes are not permitted in the swimming pool or hot tub.
  20. Small floating "noodles", personal Coast Guard approved life-saving devices and floatation safety devices used by small children are permitted in the pool.
  21. Child waist and arm floatation devices are permitted in the pool.
  22. Items may never be stored at the pool for future use.
  23. Wheeled vehicles or apparatus of any kind are not permitted in the pool or on the pool deck, except appropriate apparatus for disabled individuals and strollers.
  24. Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller blades and roller skates are prohibited on the pool deck.
  25. No more than 6 people are permitted in the hot tub at any given time.
  26. Smoking and/or vaping is only allowed outside the fenced in area of the pool.
  27. During lightning and/or thunderstorms, the pool, hot tub and pool deck must be vacated immediately.
  28. The pool can be accessed only through one of the two gates or the clubhouse Fobs must be used to gain access. The pool/spa are open from dawn to dusk.
  29. No jumping over gate or fence.
  30. The safety equipment must be accessible at all times. Do not block access with tables and/or chairs.
